Upon checkout, your phone order will be sent to Great Call, Inc., the service provider, for finalization. You will be initially charged $119 for the phone, a one-time activation fee of $35, and a $10 shipping and handling fee. Great Call Inc. will ship your phone to you within two weeks. The phone will be ready to use right out of the box. After your initial payment, and after your phone has shipped, Great Call will charge* you for your first month of service plus all applicable taxes. All subsequent monthly payments will be charged by Great Call, Inc. to the credit card on file each month.
If you’re not satisfied with Jitterbug®, return it within 30 days and we'll refund the phone payment(s).
